Fry Office Building, Naperville
Project Manager Brian Fry lead the team working on the Fry Office Building. This project presented new challenges with its diverse tenancy, including a bank, headquarters for The Fry Group of Companies, the Fry Family YMCA Child Care Center, and classrooms for an educational cooperative venture between the College of DuPage and Indian Prairie District 204 High Schools, as well as classrooms and administrative offices for Governor's State University.
The 58,000 S.F. Brick and Glass atrium building offers plenty of light, central elevators, outdoor dining area, easy access to ample parking and a spacious site intended to expand the campus in the future. The building is immediately adjacent to the Fry Family YMCA and Neuqua Valley High School.
